A booking submitted through this website is a request only. It is not confirmed until Janet has personally reviewed it and approved it. Submitting a request, verifying an email address, or sending a deposit does not, on its own, confirm a date.
Dates are by appointment only, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Dates may be requested up to 90 days in advance. Some dates may be closed by Janet and will not be available.
Bookings are for gentlemen aged 40 years and over only. Each guest must confirm that he is 40 or older, and must successfully complete all three verifications before booking: email verification, government ID verification, and a live face scan. Janet personally reviews verification and age before approving any date.
Verification approval, where given, is valid for 90 days from Janet’s approval. After that period, a new government-issued photo ID and a new live face photograph must be submitted, and fresh verification review is required.
Each date is for one gentleman only. The gentleman must be alone at the location, with no additional guests or visitors during the date.
Home visits and hotel visits are available as shown in the booking form. For a home visit, government ID and proof of address are required, and the appointment takes place at that same address. For a hotel visit, the guest must already be checked in and have access to the room, and must provide the hotel name, complete address, postal code, and room number.
The guest must be physically present at the specified location, as required in the form. All locations are subject to Janet’s approval.
Prices are as shown in the booking form:
Travel is charged at $2 per kilometre for addresses inside the City of Toronto and $4 per kilometre for addresses outside the City of Toronto, based on the billed kilometres calculated in the booking form. A $50 deposit plus the full travel amount is collected upfront by e-Transfer to janetskyy@hotmail.com. The remaining balance is due on arrival, before the date begins. The total is the date charge plus selected extras plus travel.
Good hygiene and mutual respect are required. A booking may be denied if visible sores or unusual bumps are present around the mouth. If anything concerning is noticed around private areas, the date will stop immediately. Drugs during a date are not accepted. Janet reserves the right to end a date if something does not feel right.
This section is a short summary of the health and safety rules in Janet’s personal note. It does not replace or change that note, which is shown in full after verification.
Your identification and photographs are used only for verification and personal safety, and are viewed only by Janet in her private dashboard. They are never attached to emails, and are never shown publicly or to another guest.
Your live face photo is shown only to Janet, on your booking card and full booking details, while your date is pending or confirmed, so she can recognize you. It is temporary and owner-only. It is deleted when your date is marked Completed and Attended, when a date is declined or cancelled, when Janet deletes it manually, or by a short safety expiry if a date is never finalized. It is not deleted simply because the scheduled time has passed, and it is not kept as a long-term photograph collection.
Identification documents are kept separately from the live face photo. They are deleted when a booking is archived, declined, or cancelled, when the documents are deleted, or when the booking record expires after 90 days. A verification result and reference may be kept after documents are deleted, so Janet can see that verification was reviewed, without keeping the original images.
Janet’s private starting location and personal contact details are never shown publicly.
Changes to a date are subject to Janet’s approval. Please contact Janet using the booking email address to request a change. No cancellation fee, deadline, or refund rule is stated on this page.
Included items and extras are as shown in the booking form after verification. Extras are selected in the form, calculated automatically, and included in the total and balance on arrival as shown in the review section.
